The tools
Tools Reference
28 tools in two groups: 19 read tools and 9 write tools. Open a group, then a tool, to see its parameters and an example prompt.
Read tools are available to every company member. Write tools need a Company Admin role, and each connection only sees the tools it was granted.
Authentication
Sign in once. No API keys to manage.
The server uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your client opens a browser to sign in, you choose the company to connect and approve the permissions, and the session persists across conversations. Disconnect anytime under Settings → Connected apps in Proposaly.
How it works
- Your MCP client sends a connection request
- You're redirected to the Proposaly consent screen
- You sign in, pick a company and approve the permissions
- Tokens are exchanged via PKCE, with no client secret
- Every tool call runs as you, inside that company only

Example Prompts
Once connected, ask in plain English.
How many proposals sit in each stage of my Sales workspace, and what are they worth?
Reads the board and answers with the count and total value per column, exactly as the workspace shows them
Find every proposal that mentions ‘website redesign’ and show me who viewed them this week
Searches the workspace, then lists each match with its latest views and signatures
Add [email protected] as a signer on the Acme proposal and move it to Approved
Adds the recipient, moves the proposal to the Approved stage and confirms both changes
What's the total and the outstanding balance on the Acme proposal?
Returns the billing summary: subtotal, discount, tax, payments received and what is still due
Create a lead called ‘Bluebird Cafe’ in Inbound and tag it as urgent
Creates the lead card in the Inbound workspace and applies the ‘urgent’ label
Your AI agents, in every conversation.
Paste the connector URL into your client and start working.
