Proposaly.io (“Proposaly”, the “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) is an all-in-one sales workflows platform that helps businesses win more clients by streamlining proposals, agreements, payments, and client communication into one seamless, buyer-centric experience. These Content Guidelines apply to all content created, uploaded, shared, or transmitted through Proposaly’s platform - including but not limited to - proposals, agreements, presentations, comments, messages, templates, media and files (the “Content”). Proposaly prohibits the following types of content on our Platform:

• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities.
• Misleading Claims: Exaggerated, deceptive, or false statements about services, products, or business capabilities.
• Offensive Material: Content that contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language.

• Respect Privacy: Do not share sensitive information unless it is expressly permitted and necessary.

When you create Content on Proposaly, you are responsible for ensuring it:

• Reflects your business accurately.
• Respects all applicable third-party rights.
• Adheres to all Proposaly guidelines and legal obligations.

You are fully responsible for complying with these guidelines at all times. If a violation is reported or detected, Proposaly reserves the right to review, block, or remove any Content that breaches these rules or negatively impacts the integrity, security, or experience of the Platform. We may also take enforcement actions - including immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account - without prior notice. These actions are taken at Proposaly's sole discretion to maintain a safe, lawful, and trustworthy environment for all users.

If you choose to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to create Content on the Platform - including text, images, or other media - you are solely responsible for ensuring that the resulting Content is accurate, lawful, and fully compliant with all applicable third-party rights and these Content Guidelines. AI-generated Content must not be misleading, infringe on the rights of others, or violate any legal, ethical, or professional standards.

Proposaly is not liable for Content created by users. Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, legality, compliance, and appropriateness of all Content lies solely with the Content creator.

We may update these Content Guidelines from time to time to adapt to changes in our Platform, community standards, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will notify users appropriately.
